Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to review any document you have chosen to share. We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Uploads

Documents uploaded to the free contract-review service are stored securely, restricted to the Atom IP team, and used only to review the submitted material. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@atomip.co.uk.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond and for a reasonable follow-up window. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights email info@atomip.co.uk.
