Sound familiar?

The problems this fixes.

If two or more of these are hitting your business, this is the right conversation to have.

Cameras positioned in places that never capture what is needed.

A system that no one on-site can operate.

No secure remote access for owners and managers.

Alarms triggered by anything and everything, ignored by staff.

What changes for you

Concrete outcomes, not marketing language.

Every benefit below is something we can point at within the first month.

Coverage that matches the risk

Cameras placed where they solve a real problem.

Modern remote access

View live and recorded footage securely from anywhere.

Sensible retention

Storage sized around your actual retention needs.

One team for phones, IT and security

Cabling and network handled by people who understand the whole site.

The full picture

The detail behind the headline.

If you like to read the small print before you talk to us — this is for you.

One team, from the smallest home camera to the largest warehouse PTZ

We install and support CCTV across the full spectrum: a single doorbell camera at a private house, a four-camera system at a small shop, a 32-camera network at a car dealership, and 200-camera PTZ deployments across large warehouses and distribution centres. Same engineers, same design principles, same standard of installation.

The systems scale, but the approach does not change: survey the site properly, position the cameras where they solve a real problem, cable properly, configure remote access securely, and document it clearly so anyone who needs it can operate it.

Site surveys before quotes — always

No serious CCTV design starts from a floor plan alone. We survey every site before we quote: light levels, sight lines, cable routes, existing infrastructure, blind spots, and — importantly — what you actually want the cameras to help you do. That is why our proposals hold up, and why our installations look like they belong on the wall rather than bolted on.

The right cameras for the right job

Fixed bullet cameras for perimeters and car parks. Dome cameras for indoor coverage where discretion matters. Turret cameras for tight spaces and clean lines. Panoramic multi-sensor cameras for very wide areas. Pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras for large warehouses, yards, dockside operations and any site where operators actively track movement.

We also install analytics-capable cameras where they add value: line-crossing, intrusion detection, ANPR (number-plate recognition), heat-mapping and people counting. The analytics run on the camera itself, so nothing sensitive leaves the site unless you choose to send it.

PTZ deployments — done right

PTZ cameras earn their money in large sites: distribution centres, ports, dealerships, agricultural yards, industrial estates and hotel grounds. But they only work if the site is designed around them — proper mounting positions, resilient power, network capacity, and either operator control or intelligent auto-tracking configured against real risk zones.

We have PTZ deployments running in warehouses with 24-hour operations. The design decisions — resolution, focal range, IP66 rating, PoE++ power, VLAN segmentation, retention windows — are all documented. Nothing is left to a "shall we just try it" moment on installation day.

Cloud, on-site or both — you choose

Small sites often benefit from cloud-recorded CCTV — no NVR to buy, resilient to on-site theft, easy remote access. Larger sites (32+ cameras, longer retention windows) are usually more cost-effective on an on-site NVR with a cloud-backup layer for the most important cameras. We do both, and we do them together where it makes sense. Nothing is locked into a single vendor cloud.

Alarm systems, door entry and integration

We install commercial intruder alarms — panel, PIRs, magnetic contacts, shock sensors — with monitored response through a licensed ARC (alarm receiving centre). Door entry via cloud-managed access control with fob, card, mobile or biometric options. And where it makes sense, the whole lot ties together: an alarm event triggers CCTV to record and a notification to the manager's phone.

Real-world scenarios

How this works in practice.

Anonymised examples from the kind of businesses we work with every week.

Case scenario

Home security (private residence, 6 cameras)

Situation

Detached property in Winchester. Owner wants perimeter coverage and reliable smartphone access. Existing consumer cameras dropping off Wi-Fi.

Outcome

Six 4K bullet cameras cabled to a discreet 8-channel NVR in the utility room. Cloud backup for the two most important angles. Two-factor phone access for owner only. Clean cable runs, no visible wiring. Total: neat, silent, and it just works.

Case scenario

Retail unit (single shop, 4 cameras + ANPR)

Situation

Independent retailer with a car park. Wants shoplifting evidence, till coverage and to log every vehicle that visits.

Outcome

Four internal cameras — one on each till and one wide-angle on the shop floor — plus an ANPR camera on the car-park entrance. Local NVR with 60-day retention. ANPR alerts to the manager on repeat visits or known-issue plates.

Case scenario

Car dealership (32 cameras + PTZ + ANPR)

Situation

Two-site dealership with high-value stock in outdoor lots. Overnight break-ins have damaged vehicles. Insurers demanding better coverage.

Outcome

Full-perimeter fixed cameras with true night vision, two PTZs per site for active tracking, and ANPR at each entrance. Analytics configured for line-crossing during closed hours with immediate operator alert and ARC dispatch. Insurance premium reduced.

Case scenario

Warehouse and distribution centre (140 cameras, 12 PTZ)

Situation

24-hour distribution centre. Multiple loading bays, high-value stock, forklift traffic and staff safety concerns.

Outcome

140 fixed cameras covering aisles, docks and perimeter. Twelve PTZs on loading bays and outdoor yards with auto-tracking after hours. Analytics for PPE detection at pedestrian crossings. RAID NVR with 90-day retention and cloud-backup for the critical zones.

Case scenario

Hotel group (4 properties, 88 cameras total)

Situation

Boutique hotel group across the south coast. Guests and staff safety, back-of-house coverage, kitchen fire compliance and remote GM viewing.

Outcome

A consistent design across every property — public-area domes, back-of-house turrets, external bullets, kitchen-fire compliance cameras. Central multi-site viewing for the GM. Retention per hotel per policy. Integrated with the property intruder alarm.

Good guys — worked with them to switch over from a previous very good supplier. They have gone above and beyond to understand our needs and bespoke systems to help support our specific needs. Transition over on getting their systems up and running was smooth. As a small business owner, trust and confidence are important to me.

We have been using Josh at Atom for a few years now. Service has always been amazing. Just today our router blew up due to a power surge and he came out promptly with a new one to make sure we were back online in time for trading. Would highly recommend.

There aren’t many telecom providers that can be described as truly honest and straightforward. Georgia was very well spoken and made me feel my company was in the right hands. Ollie and Josh responded promptly throughout getting my phones and security systems set up. The install was seamless with no drop in connectivity and no technical issues since.
