Dedicated integration guides.
About this checker
Why do you say “assessed at design stage” rather than just “yes, supported”?
Because integration depth depends on your edition, licence, enabled API access and how your tenant has been configured. Saying yes to everything up front is how agencies end up with a connector that dials but never writes anything back. We would rather check and tell you.
What if our CRM is not on the list?
Tell us what it is. If it publishes an API or supports a CTI connector, integration is usually feasible. If it genuinely cannot be integrated, we will say so rather than sell you something that will disappoint you.
Do you charge to check?
No. Confirming what your platform supports is part of the review, and you keep the answer whether or not you go ahead with us.
Can we see the integration working before committing?
Yes, and we recommend a pilot on one desk with real calls. That is the point at which any integration promise gets properly tested — including ours.
Have your integration confirmed against your own tenant
Tell us your CRM, your edition and how your consultants work. We will confirm exactly what integrates, what does not, and what it would take — before you spend anything.
- Full audit of every line, number and contract you hold
- Honest view of what your CRM will and will not integrate with
- The call data you are not currently seeing, including missed inbound
- A written summary — yours to keep either way
